Hi, I'm Laurie.Like many of my clients, my journey into fitness began with frustration. I tried countless popular programs, diets, and fitness trends that promised results—everything from workout programs and gym memberships to Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, and various cleanses. While some provided short-term success, nothing truly stuck. I always found myself falling back into old habits because I didn't understand what actually created sustainable results.I worked with personal trainers and learned how to exercise, but I still wasn't given the knowledge, support, and lifestyle strategies needed to make lasting changes outside of the gym.Everything changed when I invested in a coach who provided both fitness and nutrition guidance. For the first time, I learned how to train effectively, fuel my body properly, and build habits that supported my goals long-term. More importantly, I learned why these things worked.That experience inspired me to pursue formal education and certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching so I could help other women avoid the years of confusion, frustration, and trial-and-error that I experienced.Today, my coaching goes beyond workouts and meal plans. I take a whole-person approach that considers not only fitness and nutrition, but also factors like sleep, stress, mindset, and lifestyle.
